The Altamont Cruisers Car Club's motto is "Cruisers for Youth and Local Charities", and we mean it. The purpose of the club is to raise money for many worthy community causes, but our emphasis is on causes that benefit the young people of our community. We use our own interest in restoring, customizing and preserving classic cars to be able to enable us to put on an annual Car Show that has grown significantly every year. Our main fundraiser is the annual Nostalgia Day Car Show and it has allowed us to raise over $1,000,000 to support local charities and youth organizations.

To stand behind our motto, the Altamont Cruisers donates all the net proceeds from our Nostalgia Day Car Show to local youth organizations and charities.

Grant recipients will be presented a check and given an opportunity to speack at our December 8th meeting.
