Vendor Information
The City of Livermore requires all vendors to have a Livermore Business License, so there are two forms that are needed for all vendors. The city's form must be filled out and sent to the address on the form with the fee that is required by the city. Please read the instructions on the vendor application. If you have any questions about the city's form, please call them at (925) 960-4310.
If you already have a City of Livermore business license or you have purchased a temporary business license in 2011 for another event, no additional application is required. Please include a copy of this license with your vendor application.
Our form must be mailed directly to us. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may create, but it is a city requirement.
