Vendor Information
The City of Livermore requires all vendors to have a one-day Business License, so there are two forms that are needed for all vendors. The city's form must be filled out and sent to the address on the form with the fee that is required by the city. If you have any questions about the city's form, please call them at (925) 960-4310.
Our form must be mailed directly to us. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may create, but it is a city requirement.
